Day 2....

Here we go! Twenty things about me. This should be reflective and require deep thought and review. Except that I don't like talking about me. But here goes.

1. I'm an introvert. Quiet, observant, and always seeking information.

2. I have two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Environmental Science and one in Geography. Neither of which are used in my current job.

3. I love to help people. Though they may not always deserve it, you never know when someone needs assistance or a helping hand.

4. I have a huge extended family whom I love dearly.

5. I am in love with the ideals of love. Not going to go into detail on that one today.

6. I love technology. It makes life easier. But I still know and value the meaning of hard work.

7. Have you watched the news lately? I used to be a teacher. I am very proud of that fact, but at my current stage of life it isn't for me.

8. I love music. Music is life.

9. I'm in multiple service organizations and sororities. I love them all. That's a topic for another day, because I could talk about them for hours.

10. I'm very interested in real estate. I love houses and homes, and I am planning for the day I can purchase my dream home.

11. I have a cat. His name is Felix, like the cartoon. And he actually looks like the cartoon. He's too cute, but is spoiled.

12. I like history, science, math, and social studies (including geography, hence the degree).

13. I also really like maps. It's a passion. Reading, interpreting, and analyzing maps using geospatial data was my concentration for my BS in Geography. I especially love historical maps; they show growth and patterns in cities that can still be seen today.

14. I love make up, but don't wear it very often. I am a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant (can you say, free makeover?). Seriously though, it was one of the best decisions I have made to join the company as a consultant.

15. I absolutely love to travel. LOVE to travel.

16. My favorite channel on television is the Smithsonian channel. I plan to return to Washington, D.C. in the near future to visit all of the Smithsonian museums. I have visited several, but the best was the National Museum of African American History & Culture. I took the picture above in DC when I visited for my birthday in 2017.

17. I enjoy taking photographs, of places, things, and people I love.

18. I love being creative and making things that people can appreciate or use.

19. I am looking to obtain my Realtor's license after I finish my Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management.

20. I am looking to start several other businesses in various areas. If you're interested in joining me, you're more than welcome!
